- A live online orientation session for participants and their line managers.
- Four half-day modules – either in-person or live online sessions.
- Pre- and post-session activities to prime for and practice the learnings on the job.
- A live online graduation session for participants and their managers, with participants sharing their successes, takeaways and action plans for the future.
- Learning application support worksheets for participants and line managers.
